All the files below (except for the help file and demos) are trial versions. They do not contain source code, and they display a registration reminder. If you are a registered TRichView/ScaleRichView user and if you want to update your version, please do not download files from this page. Information and links to the latest TRichView/ScaleRichView version for registered users are available in the protected section of the technical support forum. Updates for registered users are uploaded more often than files on this page.

“ActionTest”
TRichView Rich Text Editor Demo

This is a demo for RichView and RichViewActions (set of actions for building a user interface)

It shows how to create a word processor almost without writing any pascal (or C++) code.

This demo was compiled with several freeware third-party components for importing HTML files, working with XML documents, and working with Gif and Png images. See details in readme.txt.

ScaleRichView WYSIWYG Text Processor Demo

This is a demo showing ScaleRichView and RichViewActions.

RichView 0.5.2 (freeware with sources)

richview.zip (145K) - this is not a lite version of the shareware package. This version was released Jan 08 1998; Projects created with this version of RichView can be continued with shareware version, although there are some obsolete methods and properties.
Updated Jun 29 2001 for Delphi 6 compatibility, Jan 12 2001 for Delphi 5 and C++Builder 5 compatibility.

Freeware version is ported to Lazarus by Paul Burton.
