Yes, it does return true in TRVWebCam.PlayVideoStream when I press "Camera On".
Yes, it does return true in TRVWebCam.Set_CamVideoMode when the camera is on and I switch video resolution.
I don't think it is being called in TRVWebCam.Set_VideoResolution.

I'm having issues with a webcam on a Dell Windows Latitude 7230 tablet.
