Export PDF cause AV

when exporting rtf to the PDF with the following japanese characters:

???

cause Access Violation. Why?

But when I tried some other characters like:

????????

it can be exported but when opening the PDF file it shows the error

"Cannot extract the embedded font 'Arial'. Some characters may not display

or print correctly".
